Man.. ••I did not expect the mlp inspired adopts to get that much attention here, so I didn't really pay attention to the notifications. ••I had made a story on Instagram allowing free access to whoever responded to purchase an adopt before I upload them, and the first person to be interested could effort only one but wanted two of them. ••Now, I don't put on hold adoptables here because I'm incapable of keeping up with users due to not really checking this place out. But on Instagram I check notifications more often and I feel closer to the people as I interact more with them, so I'm more open to putting things on hold there. ••I feel bad doing it because it's an obvious bias that you weren't even aware of, and if you don't use Instagram you don't really have control over that therefore your chance to get what you want, if anything, is Jurassically decreased, so it's not fair :') ••That being said I've decided to set some rules that will count for both media always, single previously I would change them based on what I thought I could manage. ------------------------------------------------------- NEW RULES. 1. I will be uploading each batch either exclusively on deviantart or Instagram, and after a certain amount of the (for example, 2-3 days) I will be selling the remains on the other media too, and only show off the designs that have already been sold. 2. From now on I will be putting adopts on hold, but only ONE adoptable per user for ONLY 24 HOURS. (If I get no response within those 24 hours, I will put the design back on sale or DM the other person who was interested) ______________ PROCESS. 1. I only accept offers through DIRECT messages. No comments. 2. You send the full payment to my PayPal, using my email, and you send me your own email to which you want to receive a good quality non watermarked version of the adoptable. ______________ TERMS OF SERVICE. 1. Once you own the character you get to change whatever you want about them. 2. I'm begging you do not buy a character only to sell them for a higher price. It's very disrespectful. 3. If after sometime you decide you no longer want the character, you may resell them. I would appreciate it was close to the original price unless there's additional art of them which adds to the value. Like it's okay to resell them for a higher price as long that's not the original intention. 4. Do not claim credit for the design of the character :( I don't even need direct credit (though I'd really appreciate it) just don't lie that you made them yourself. 5. Sorry for the mess. My adoptable rules have always been all over the place mainly because of insecurity. I really just need money and I get desperate for the first chance I get to sell one, which had led to me putting on hold something for multiple days only for the person to disappear or cancel it. But I also feel bad when somebody has to wait to get paid and I'm like "no I want money now >:(" But I also feel bad when somebody is interested and excited to get a character and has the money they worked hard for and I have to reject them because the character is on hold.
